Next up and last is Ravenclaw X 

A few eyes I have recently done....

I really enjoyed doing all of these.  I think my favourites are the Elphaba (green) look and the rainbow eyes 😁 looooove colour love eyeshadow.  I have some stencils coming for eyeliner so that's my next step 🤪

a world without colour....

The world as we know it at the moment is changed.  Corona virus has changed how we do everything, everyday normal things are now having to be planned and executed with almost military precision.  we can't just go to the supermarket anymore, or even take the kids to the park normally.  we have to make sure we have planned the trip fully, do we need masks are we going to be able to keep 2meters apart, do we really need shopping at this time?  will we be safe...then the panic that what if we catch this virus while we are out!!  I am classed as a key worker, I work in a care home looking after some of our most vulnerable people at this time.  We have been very lucky that we have a great manager who thought ahead and locked our hoe down a few weeks before an official lock down was put in place, i truly believe this has saved our residents!

it has been hard at times to see the light at the end of this pandemic and to me the world has been without much colour!  i have never been a girly girl, and make-up has always terrified me as i really don't understand all of this contour etc.... but i needed to grab something that i could control and have fun with..something that could bring colour back into my life.  I have found that with make-up! I have had so much fun doing eye shadow and trying new colours and styles.  I have found that I LOVE bright bright colours, the brighter the better!
this blog for me is about expressing my love for colour and also trying something new and out of my comfort zone.
it is a way also for me to keep a record of all the looks i have achieved and to assess what i can do better etc, so i apologize if they are rudimentary designs and not done well but i am super pleased with them all :)
